Rustic Ceramic Explosion - Wall Hanging

This handmade unique one-off ceramic wall hanging is made from terracotta clay which has been rolled out to a desired thickness and has chunks of white clay rolled into the surface. Raised sections of clay, scorred linear marks and areas of volcanic crater glaze add to the decoration of the piece. The overall wall hanging has a very rustic and organic feel with its rough edges and matt surface. The back of the piece looks similar to the front with the white chunks of clay embedded into the surface. The piece hangs up with a strong piece of white coloured fabric which is securely attached to the back. The thickness of this wall hanging makes it quite heavy. Would look stunning as a focal piece in any room of the house, or even in an office, hotel, restaurant, workshop, etc. This particular piece is also suitable for hanging outside due to its robust surface and heavy weight.
